KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Subject Matter Expertise: Become the authority on operational, systems, technology, and sales strategies for your designated areas.
Team Leadership: Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a team of Sales Center employees. Coach and refine the operational and sales skills of team members.
Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery and execution of services across designated business portfolios.
Workflow Management: Manage team workflow to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of order throughput.
Operational Best Practices: Identify and implement operational best practices and processes for continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning: Strategically plan, organize, and execute operations to achieve performance metrics and revenue objectives consistently.
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed operational and revenue objectives, keeping the team engaged and focused on performance and revenue goals.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance to ensure all defined objectives are met.
Sales Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking and recording of team member's sales in various CRM and business systems.
Quality Assurance: Continuously enhance overall performance and operational objectives, including quality assurance and ongoing training and development.
SLA Management: Ensure all SLAs (call metrics, performance metrics, sales metrics, etc.) and Company profitability goals are prioritized and met; take corrective action as needed.
Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to report on overall business matters and objectives.
Employee Training: Identify and coordinate effective training programs for new hires and promotions, ensuring staff is well-equipped for their roles.
Motivation and Recognition: Motivate the sales center team through the development and implementation of employee incentive and recognition programs.
Staffing: Anticipate staffing needs, work with HR to optimize staffing goals, and address seasonality and turnover.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to staff.
Progressive Discipline: Administer progressive corrective discipline as necessary, with assistance from HR, including terminations.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as requested or assigned in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree desired; Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience with inbound and outbound sales centers required.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HubSpot CRM preferred.
Ability to learn proprietary software systems and various client front-end systems.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Thrives in a competitive business environment.
Team player with experience in training and personnel development.
Effective communicator at all levels.
Comfortable working in an office work setting.
Valid NYS driver’s license and passport required.
Some travel may be required in the United States and Canada.

Biweekly Salary Range: $2,250.00 to $2,461.54 based upon education, training, and experience.
