As a specialist at Media Sales Plus, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by providing phone and email support. You will display a high level of guidance, knowledge, and expertise while assisting our customers with advertising more effectively. The categories of business include real estate, auto, recruitment, pets, etc.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
Proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to learn systems and email programs
A high level of confidence when proposing the top options available to customers for their advertising needs
Experience in a call center environment is preferred, and weekend availability may be required.
Above all, you should be a team player who is collaborative and resourceful.
