Job Description: Our representatives are responsible for handling Obituary Notices and Legal Notices, communicating with both funeral homes and individuals via inbound calls and emails. Specialists will handle administrative tasks, customer service and proofreading. This role is highly focused on exceptional customer care and accuracy. Multi-tasking and organization are key in this position. With some teams, there is also opportunity to work with advertising customers.
Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
Excellent spelling and grammar skills, with attention to detail
Strong quality, clerical and multi-tasking skills
Basic computer skills; Customer service experience
Experience in a call center environment is beneficial
This role requires availability including weekends/holidays, due to sensitive deadlines
