Job Description: We are hiring sales professionals who will be responsible for selling digital and print advertising campaigns via phone and email. Ideal candidates must have desire to meet revenue goals and have outstanding phone etiquette. The Outbound Specialist will be primarily responsible for outbound sales, new business and renewal sales. This position will manage the full advertising sales life cycle. Additional responsibilities include:
Conducts needs assessment interviews with clients and prospects to develop customer- driven solutions
Assess advertiser's needs to prepare proposals for advertising solutions
Become proficient in client systems including lead generation tools and Salesforce
Proficiency in client market demographics and research, including competitive media, as it applies to the advertiser or a specific marketing campaign.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated outbound sales professional with a proven track record of strong closing skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients via phone and email
Fluent in the art of cold calling, prospecting and lead generation
Advertising Sales experience is a plus
Well-developed time management, organizational and follow-through skills
Proficiency with research tools including social media sites, and lead generation tools
This position is Monday through Friday
